What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, a description of the job, and any photos and photo descriptions you choose to attach. If you call or email directly, we hold whatever contact details you provide.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: so Kyle can respond to your enquiry, understand the job and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Photos are used only to assess the job you’ve described.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our business email (26elecservices@gmail.com), which is hosted by Google. We don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we don’t add you to any marketing list you didn’t ask to join.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they’re useful for managing the work — for example, warranty or records of what was done. If you’d like your enquiry deleted, ask.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email 26elecservices@gmail.com or call 0400 708 408 and we’ll sort it out.
This site
This website doesn’t use advertising trackers. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes.
